Refund & Exchange

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged once the package has been unboxed or sprayed.

Exchange is available only if the product arrives physically damaged, is leaking juice, or if the wrong product was sent by mistake. In such cases, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo/video and we'll make it right.

Please inspect your order at delivery. Cash-on-delivery orders should be checked before payment where possible.
